For Black Metal currently, Alghazanth and Ceremonial Castings are my two favorites without a doubt, the atmosphere they pull off in their tracks are absolutely incredible, almost unrivaled! Haha fuck I really wanna make some straight-up black metal now. Gotta finish off this Industrial Black Metal/Electro-Industrial combination track I'm making up as a NGADM Audition piece (totally influenced by Psyclon Nine's later shit)
I'm liking that Alghazanth; the Ceremonial Castings not as much. Alghazanth sounds reminiscent of Emperor's In the Nightside Eclipse (although I kind of think ItNE is a bit overrated. I mean it's great and all, but compared to Prometheus, it's definitely not their best album).
My roommate next year may get a 7-string guitar, and has said he'd let me use it, so if I can figure out how to record directly into FL, I could try my hand at it too. Maybe something Emperor-esque (more like IX Equilibrium or Prometheus), or maybe like Ihsahn's solo stuff

Also, Chaosweaver (embeds further down) has some black metal stylings within their symphonic sound, but they're kind of odd, even by metal standards.
